Instructions for Filling the Form

• Please provide accurate guest details, including a valid 10-digit mobile number and ID proof.
• Enter the number of adults (10+), children (5-10), and children (below 5) to auto-generate member fields.
• For additional members, provide birthdates for children and appropriate ID proofs.
• If Aadhaar is selected, upload both front and back sides (JPG, JPEG, or PNG, max 20MB each).
• Ensure check-in and check-out dates are correct, and upload ID proofs in PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.
